A stranger is often easier to talk to than someone too involved in your life. There should be one to phone in your area. If not, pick the nearest one and they will help you. These are confidential services, and often don´t show up specifically as exactly what they are on the phone bill. The only reason confidentiality would be broken, would be if there were an issue to do with child safety in what you were saying. Even then, this would be discussed with you before any action were taken. If you are simply at a loose end, wondering what to do, take a look at the free time section. There are youth activities and organisations across the county to help you channel your interests and energy. Give the number nearest to where you live a call and see what’s on offer in your area.
