There are people out there who can help you with whatever it is that´s bothering you. This could be hassles about school, sex, relationships, drugs or bullying. They won´t tell you what to do but they will help you make choices and act on your own decisions. These services are confidential. However, if a question over your safety or anothers safety (child protection) comes to light, this confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured that if your confidentiality is to be broken, you will be told beforehand of the reason, and offered support as appropriate.
